A supplemental staff report on revised plug-in hybrid electric vehicle conversion systems certification and installation requirements is now available. The report is available at this link: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2008/phev09/phev09.htm The proposal will be considered at the May 28-29 meeting of the Air Resources Board, as a continuation of a public hearing held January 23, 2009.
