ARB Mail-Out #MSO 09-03 Repeal of the Emission Warranty
Information Reporting (EWIR) Amendments of 2007.
 The mail-out provides information relating to items that will
be presented to the Air Resources Board at the November 2009
Board hearing.   There will be a presentation made relating to
the repeal of the Emission Warranty Information Reporting (EWIR)
amended regulations that were recently adopted in March 2007.
