The staff presentation and draft report for Cargo Handling
Equipment idling emissions public workshop on September 16, 2009
have been posted.
The workshop will be scheduled from 10:00am to 12:00pm in
Sacramento (and via webcast). At the workshop, staff will
discuss opportunities to reduce idling emissions from cargo
handling equipment used at ports and intermodal rail yards.
