The Portable Outboard Marine Tanks and Components regulation has been approved by the Office of Administrative Law. On September 16, 2009 the California Office of Administrative Law approved the Portable Outboard Marine Tanks and Components Regulation adopted by the California Air Resources Board on September 25, 2008. The Regulation becomes effective October 16, 2009.
