What's New List Serve Post Display

This notice is to remind manufacturers of indoor air cleaning
devices that the compliance date for submittal of documentation
that you have notified your distributors, retailers, and sellers
regarding ARB’s indoor air cleaner regulation has passed.  If you
are a manufacturer who has not yet submitted the documentation
and the associated contact information, you are not in compliance
with the regulation, and you should send the required materials
as soon as possible. If you are having difficulty meeting these
requirements or have questions about them, please contact Susan

For those manufacturers who have already submitted the required
materials, we thank you for your timely submittals.  You should
receive an acknowledgement email within 4 working days.  If you
have not received such an acknowledgement, please contact Susan
Lum at slum@arb.ca.gov or by phone at 916-323-5043
