The California Air Resources Board is currently performing a cost survey to determine increased costs for a CARB marine evaporative emissions regulation. The California Air Resources Board is currently seeking cost estimates from vessel manufacturers to determine the increased manufacturing cost for proposed CARB controls from marine vessel and personal watercraft manufacturers.
