omt -- July 2007 Workshop Postponed

In April 2007, the ARB staff proposed a rule development schedule that included a public workshop to be held in July 2007. Due to the release of the US EPA proposed rule that may include portable outboard marine tanks (OMTs), we are evaluating emission reductions and costs associated with the proposed California regulation to control emissions from this category. This process calls for some additional data collection and these data will not be available until summer 2007.
