The California Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) is pleased to invite you to participate in an additional workshop to discuss the development of the In-Use Self-Propelled Off-road Mobile Agricultural Equipment Regulation (mobile ag regulation)in Redding. Previously, workshops were held in the San Joaquin Valley and in Sacramento. Background: In the 2007 State Implementation Plan, ARB committed to developing a control measure to reduce emissions from in-use self-propelled off-road mobile agricultural equipment and currently plans to bring a proposal to the Board in 2013. The goal of a proposed strategy will be to reduce oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) from in-use off-road diesel agricultural equipment.
