Clean versions of the most recent OAL-approved OBD II regulations (sections 1968.2 and 1968.5 of title 13, CCR) have been made available on the OBD website. The “clean” (with no strikeouts or underlines) pdf versions of the OBD II regulations include the amendments proposed with the Low Emission Vehicle III and Greenhouse Gas rulemaking package at the January 26-27, 2012 Board Hearing and recently approved by OAL on August 7, 2012.
