Updates to draft regulation and test procedure documents are not on the CARB off road recreational vehicle web site. The type and location of the updates can be found on the first page of the respective documents. The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss a draft proposal to regulate evaporative emissions from Off-Highway Recreational Vehicles (OHRVs). The workshop will also include a discussion of draft test procedures and updates to the emissions inventory.
