What's New List Serve Post Display

The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice
of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of
Additional Documents and Information and Modified Text for
amendments to California’s Heavy Duty Engine On-Board Diagnostic
System Requirements (HD OBD) and On-Board Diagnostic System
Requirements for Passenger Cars, Light-Duty Trucks, and
Medium-Duty Vehicles and Engines (OBD II). The 15-day notice,
proposed 15-Day Modifications, additional documents/information,
and all previously released regulatory documents are available on
the ARB’s website below for this rulemaking at:

SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS

The proposed 15-day modifications and Additional Document are
open for comment until January 25, 2013.
