fuels -- CaRFG3 Predictive Model Spreadsheet Tool

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff updated the Phase 3 California Reformulated Gasoline (CaRFG3) Predictive Model spreadsheet tool on January 20, 2012. The updated version streamlines the implementation of the Predictive Model. ARB staff is asking producers and importers to discontinue using the January 25, 2010, version, or earlier versions, of the Predictive Model spreadsheet tool. Predictive Model submissions using either the January 25, 2010, or the January 20, 2012, Predictive Model spreadsheet tool will be accepted through February 28, 2013. Beginning March 1, 2013, ARB staff expects producers and importers to use only the January 20, 2012, Predictive Model spreadsheet tool.
