Background: In the 2007 State Implementation Plan, ARB committed to developing a control measure to reduce emissions from in-use self-propelled off-road mobile agricultural equipment and currently plans to bring a proposal to the Board in 2013. The goal of a proposed strategy will be to reduce oxides of nitrogen(NOx) and particulate matter (PM) from in-use off-road diesel agricultural equipment.
