On July 31st, 2013, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) taff will conduct a public workshop at its facilities in El Monte, California and via Webinar on how to submit on-road light-duty and medium-duty certification applications to CARB’s Electronic Certification system (E-Cert). At the workshop, staff will present the application load procedure, go over business rules for application submittal, and mention how manufacturers can register for testing the application.
