The Air Resources Board staff will hold four public workshops to
discuss an At-Berth Ocean-going Vessel (Shore Power) regulation
on September 24, 25, and 27, 2007. The workshops will be held in
Sacramento, Long Beach, Wilmington, and Oakland.  The Wilmington
and Oakland meetings will be held in the evenings. The purpose
of the workshops is to discuss a draft proposed regulation for
reducing emissions from ocean-going vessels while docked or
"hotelled" at a California port.  The dates, times, and location
of each workshop as well as the meeting notice, agenda, and draft
proposed regulation are available at the following link:
