arbcombo -- Greenhouse Gas Emissions Data Reporting Training Sessions

On March 13 and March 20, 2014, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff is providing training for reporting greenhouse gas emissions and product data as required by the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR). These training sessions will be provided via online webinars. Each session will begin with a staff presentation and there will be time for questions. On the morning of March 13, staff will present general reporting topics such an overview of regulation changes, updates to de minimis reporting, additional requirements for electricity and thermal data reporting, and other topics. During the afternoon, staff will present reporting changes and requirements for companies in the petroleum and natural gas systems sector (subarticle 5). On the morning of March 20, staff will present reporting requirements for refineries, focusing on Complexity Weighted Barrel reporting, and a session for hydrogen producers, focusing on product data reporting. During the afternoon, staff will present reporting requirements for suppliers of transportation fuels and natural gas. A detailed schedule is provided below. A webinar for Electric Power Entity reporting will be provided at a later date and will be separately noticed.
