The California Air Resources Board has posted the 15-day Notice of Public Availability of Modified Text and Availability of Additional Documents and Information and Modified Text for amendments to the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms. The 15-day notice, proposed 15-Day Modifications, additional documents/information, and all previously released regulatory documents are available on the ARB’s website below for this rulemaking at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/regact/2013/capandtrade13/capandtrade13.htm SUBMITTAL OF COMMENTS The proposed 15-day modifications and Additional Documents are open for comment until April 5, 2014.
