The updated version of the new HARP Emission Inventory Module
v2.0.1 is now available for download at:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/eim2download.htm.
Main changes made in this updated version:
1.	Fixed an unhandled exception when updating obsolete pollutant
IDs.  
2.	Updated the User Guide Help documents.

Note: You must uninstall any test versions before installing the
program. Do not attempt to use data created during the testing
period.
