The California Air Resources Board is offering the following
diesel vehicle regulations and retrofit courses for the remainder
of June and in July. There is no charge for these courses.
(Please check the webpages for each course for revisions,
cancellations, and additional sessions.)
COURSE #511: Controlling Diesel Emissions: Devices & Filters.
This comprehensive course discusses diesel particulate matter and
health effects; diesel engine PM and NOx production and control
strategies; DPF theory, types, regeneration, and application; and
regulations associated with diesel emission control devices.

Vehicle Regulation, and PERP.
This course discusses the basics of compliance with the Truck and
Bus and Off-Road Vehicle Regulations, and requirements for
portable equipment (PERP & ATCM).
