The guidance and forms were posted on July 10, 2014. The guidance and updated forms reflect amendments to the Cap-and-Trade Regulation (Regulation) that went into effect July 1, 2014. The guidance clarifies the required disclosure of corporate associates and details new requirements related to disclosure of Consultants or Advisors and knowledgeable employees. The updated CITSS forms may be used to satisfy the requirement to submit or update information related to the amendments to the Regulation. The guidance is available on the ARB website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/guidance/guidance31a_corporate_associations.pdf. The updated CITSS forms are available at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/cc/capandtrade/markettrackingsystem/markettrackingsystem.htm#forms.
