The Air Resources Board has posted the Notice of Public Meeting to consider the approval of additions to the list of discrete early action measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006. It will provide final direction to staff to begin the development of regulatory and non-regulatory early actions measures as described in the October 2007 final staff report titled “Expanded List of Early Action Measures to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions in California.” The Board will also consider staff concepts for promoting and recognizing voluntary early actions.
