porttruck -- Drayage Truck Regulation Workshops

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff invites you to participate in a public workshop to discuss a proposed regulation to control emissions from In-Use On-Road Diesel-Fueled Heavy-Duty Drayage Trucks at California's Ports and Intermodal Rail Yards. The proposed regulation is scheduled to be heard by the Board on December 6-7, 2007 in Southern California. At these workshops, ARB staff will discuss the proposed regulation and receive comments and suggestions during an open discussion period. The workshops will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2007 at the Port of Los Angeles and Thursday November 1, 2007 at the Port of Oakland. Please note that the same presentation will be given at both workshops.
