ms-mailings -- Streamlined Certification Process for Carryover and Partial Carryover Certification Applications

Effective July 1, 2015, engine, equipment, and vehicle manufacturers may start using a new optional streamlined process for submitting certification applications to Air Resources Board‘s Emissions Compliance, Automotive Regulations and Science Division (ECARS). The streamlined applications will be processed in an expedited manner by ECARS staff. In order to use the streamlined process, manufacturers must adhere to the specific guidelines provided in this mail-out (ECARS # 2015-7).
