arbcombo -- Ca Hydrogen Infrastructure Tool (CHIT) Technical Formulation Webinar October 9, 2015

The California Air Resources Board is holding a discussion and webinar on October 9, 2015 in Sacramento to discuss CHIT, a geospatial analysis tool utilized in ARB’s AB 8 reporting and proposed for use in the Energy Commission’s next infrastructure funding program. The discussion will provide interested hydrogen fueling infrastructure stakeholders with technical details of the data and methodologies used in creation of CHIT, a comprehensive understanding of the analyses performed by the tool, and an opportunity to provide feedback for desirable additional developments in future versions of the tool. The main technical discussion will be preceded by a primer of concepts key to understanding Geographical Information Systems, census data, and other fundamentals necessary to completely understand the development of the tool.
