Verification Extension of the Proventia’s Electrically-Heated
Diesel Particulate Filter (EHDPF) for TriPac auxiliary power
units. 

The Air Resources Board (ARB) has extended the verification of
the Proventia EHDPF to include TriPac A that are powered by
certain 2015 model year diesel engines.  The Proventia EHDPF
reduces emissions of diesel particulate matter by at least 85
percent and is designated as a Level 3 Plus system.  Specific
engine families and conditions for which the EHDPF has been
approved may be found in the Executive Order that is posted on
the ARB website at:
