arbcombo -- Electric Power Entities - Asset-Controlling Supplier System Emission Factors for Calendar Year 2016

ARB has made available approved asset-controlling supplier (ACS) system emission factors for use in calendar year 2016. The approved ACS emission factors are calculated and published pursuant to section 95111(b)(3) of the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR).
