arbcombo -- Public Workshops to Consider Changes to the Carl Moyer Program to Implement SB 513

Posted: 11 Feb 2016 11:51:09
The Air Resources Board (ARB or Board) invites input on the Carl
Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (Carl
Moyer Program) as changes are considered to reflect new
opportunities provided by Senate Bill (SB) 513 (Beall, 2015). ARB
staff plans to take proposed revisions to Carl Moyer Program
guidelines to the Board for consideration in early 2017. Areas
of focus include infrastructure projects, cost-effectiveness
limits, leveraging opportunities, and program administration.

Mail-Out #MSC 16-01 provides information on workshops to be held
March 3, 2016 in Diamond Bar; March 8, 2016 in Fresno (with
satellite locations in Modesto and Bakersfield); and March 10,
2016 in Sacramento (with a webinar option). At each workshop
information will be presented and public input invited on changes
that will support implementation of SB 513.

Workshop materials will be posted at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/moyer/2017guideline.htm.

Additional information on the Carl Moyer Program is available at
