Posted: 04 Mar 2016 15:11:25
ARB has developed a voluntary form to assist regulated parties with organizing and reporting the information to comply with the ADF reporting requirements. The ADF reporting requirements are effective January 1, 2016 and the first quarter reports must be submitted by June 30, 2016. This form is available under What's New at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/fuels/adf/adf.htm Please submit quarterly reports electronically (preferred) to: adf@arb.ca.gov or by postal mail to: Oil and Gas and GHG Mitigation Branch Chief 1001 I St. P.O. Box 2815 Sacramento CA, 95812 For more information, please also visit ADF FAQs at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/fuels/adf/20151222adffaq.pdf. The Alternative Diesel Fuel (ADF) regulation is a framework for new ADFs to enter the commercial market in California while mitigating potential environmental or public health impacts. The ADF regulation includes a three stage environmental and performance review process for new ADFs, as well as in-use requirements for biodiesel which reduce the NOx impacts associated with use of certain biodiesel feedstocks and blend levels in older engines. California is in a drought emergency. Visit www.SaveOurH2O.org for water conservation tips.
