Learn how transit agencies, public fleets, and school districts that use alternative fuels (including electricity) in trucks and buses, and fixed guideway systems can opt-in to the LCFS program and generate LCFS credits as a revenue source. Topics will include LCFS program overview, how transit agencies, public fleets, and school districts can benefit from the program, and how to “opt-in” or report for LCFS using the LCFS Reporting Tool. The location and time for this event is as follows: Low Carbon Fuel Standard Overview 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M., Thursday, April 7, 2016 Coastal Hearing Room, CalEPA Headquarters Building 1001 I Street Sacramento, California 95814 This meeting will be webcast and can be watched at http://www.calepa.ca.gov/broadcast/?BDO=1 .
