harp -- An Updated Version of Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) Software Suite is Available.

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) has released updates for the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP) software suite. These updates include new Reference Exposure Levels for toluene diisocyanate isomers and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate that were recently adopted by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment. The updated software are available for download at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/harp.htm. - A new version of the HARP2 Air Dispersion Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT) (dated 16088) is available. To download this software or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/admrt.htm. - The HARP2 Risk Assessment Standalone Tool (RAST) has been repackaged with the latest health database. To download this software or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/rast.htm. Alternatively, the health database can be updated using the “Help->Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of the program. - The HARP2 Emission Inventory Module (EIM) has been repackaged with the latest health database. To download this software or to see a complete change history, please visit the HARP website at http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/eim.htm. Alternatively, the health database can be updated using the “Help->Check for Updates” feature in the main menu of the EIM. - The Consolidated Table of Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA)/ARB Approved Risk Assessment Health Values has also been updated to reflect OEHHA’s adoption of the new and revised Reference Exposure Levels (RELs) for toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). To uninstall an older version, go to Start->Control Panel->Programs and features, select the appropriate software, and then click “Uninstall” on the top menu bar. Although uninstalling HARP software would only remove HARP program files, we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the software to prevent accidental data loss.
