vapor -- One-Year Extension for Balance Phase II EVR Systems

The Air Resources Board (ARB) certifications for the Balance Phase II Enhanced Vapor Recovery Systems (Executive Orders VR-203 and VR-204) are currently due to expire on April 1, 2016. More time is needed for ARB to determine whether or not the Balance System certifications should be renewed. Therefore, the expiration date for Executive Orders VR-203-S and VR-204-S will be extended to April 1, 2017.
