A public hearing to consider adopting a regulation for the
mandatory reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions will be
held at the California Air Resources Board (ARB) El Monte Office
at 9530 Telstar Avenue beginning at 9:00 AM on December 6,
2007.  ARB staff has posted suggested modifications to the
originally proposed regulatory language set forth in Appendix A
to the Staff Report: Initial Statement of Reasons, which was
released to the public on October 19, 2007.  To download a copy
of staff's suggested modifications, please visit the ARB's
Mandatory GHG Emissions Reporting web site at:

The suggested modifications are shown in underline to indicate
proposed additions to the original proposal and strike through
to indicate proposed deletions.  The text of all proposed
modifications will be made available to the public for a comment
period of at least 15 days, before the ARB takes final action to
adopt the proposed regulation.
