harp -- A New Version of HARP Software Suite is Now Available for Download

The California Air Resources Board has released updated software
to the Hot Spots Analysis and Reporting Program (HARP)
software suite. The updated software are available for download
at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/harp.htm.
The updated software package includes:
* The information from the recently released CAPCOA Air Toxic
“Hot Spots” Program Facility Prioritization Guidelines
(August 2016) includes updated normalization factors used to
calculate facility cancer scores. The HARP2 Emission Inventory
Module (EIM) has been updated to include the updated
normalization factors. To download the new version of the EIM
(V2.0.8) or to see a complete list of changes, please visit the
HARP EIM website at: http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/eim.htm.
* To download the new version of the HARP2 Air Dispersion
Modeling and Risk Tool (ADMRT) (dated 16217) or to see a complete
list of changes, please visit the HARP ADMRT website at
http://www.arb.ca.gov/toxics/harp/admrt.htm.
Note: Please uninstall the older software version before
installing any of the above software.
To uninstall an older version, go to Start->Control
Panel->Programs and features, select the appropriate software,
and then click “Uninstall” on the top menu bar. Although
uninstalling HARP software would only remove HARP program files,
we recommend backing up your data before uninstalling the
software to prevent accidental data loss.
