On September 28, 2016, the Air Resources Board (ARB) released Advisory 405-D and the Advisory 405-D FAQ, pertaining to In-Station Diagnostic (ISD) system alarm response. Advisory 405-D supersedes all prior recommendations on responses to ISD alarms and will remain in effect until formally rescinded by ARB. The Advisory 405-D FAQ addresses common questions pertaining to the Advisory and the overpressure alarm phenomenon.
