The Refrigerant Management Program requires that all facilities
with large and medium refrigeration systems, those with 200
pounds of refrigerant or more, submit their next Annual Report by
March 1, 2017 for their 2016 calendar year refrigeration system
leak inspections, leak repairs, and other system servicing for
all refrigeration systems containing more than 50 pounds of
refrigerant. The payment of the Annual Implementation Fee is
also due by March 1 for both the large and medium facilities.

The Refrigerant Management Program also requires that small
facilities whose largest refrigeration system contains more than
50 lbs. but less than 200 lbs. of refrigerant must maintain their
registration as current and accurate, but are not required to
file an Annual Report or pay the Annual Implementation Fee.

Refrigerant distributors, wholesalers, and reclaimers are also
required to submit an Annual Report of their 2016 statewide
aggregated annual refrigerant sales, transactions, and disposal
by the March 1, 2017 due date.
