The Small Off-Road Engine (SORE) working group will hold its next
meeting via conference call in January or February 2017.  Air
Resources Board (ARB or Board) staff are polling working group
members to determine the date and time that best accommodates the
schedules of members located around the globe.  To indicate your
availability for the meeting from January 31 - February 2, click

The meeting is being held to discuss potential 15-day changes to
the evaporative emissions regulation amendments approved by the
Board in November 2016.  Proposals for purging carbon canisters
during the diurnal emission test in TP-902 in a way that
represents real-world use are among the topics that will be
discussed.  Working group members are encouraged to submit
proposals and/or data demonstrating typical purge volumes for
passively-purged and actively-purged carbon canisters for
consideration.

January-February 2017 meeting are set.  Proposals, purge data,

Background:  The primary purpose of the working group is to
discuss emissions mitigation opportunities related to SORE.  The
working group also discusses technical aspects of rulemaking for
SORE as needed.
