Really Simple Syndication (RSS) News Feeds: If none of these seem to be the problem, you may wish to subscribe to ARB's What's New RSS feed which will provide you with a listing of every ARB list serve posting.. RSS gives internet users an easy way to keep up the latest information being published by the ARB on our website without having to give us your email address. NOTE: You will need a Web 2.0 browser (e.g., Firefox 2.0 or later, I.E. 7 or later, etc.) to access these RSS feeds. Board Comment Lists: Please note that under the California Public Records Act (Govt. Code Section 6250, et. seq.), your written and oral comments, attachments, and associated contact information (e.g., your address, phone, email, etc.) become part of the public record and can be released to the public upon request. If ever you provide an electronic comment to an item presented to our Board, you will be placed on a list serve associated with that subject. If you would like to be removed from such a list, please email our Clerk of the Board at COTB@arb.ca.gov providing the six to twelve character name of the list. Also, if you submit a comment, it is possible (or likely) that Google or other search engines will display your comment and whatever personal information (i.e., your U. S. Postal Service address, phone, email, etc.) that you provide the ARB. If after submitting an electronic comment and you are certain you have provided us with your correct email address and you do not receive an email acknowledgment from the CARB, there is probably a problem at your end. Please review the above three potential causes and if none of these apply, then please subscribe to our RSS feed or contact the Clerk of the Board at COTB@arb.ca.gov.
