This page provides links to ARB's formal regulatory documents for AB 118 related activities. AB 118 directs ARB to adopt guidelines for the administration of the Air Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) and the Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program. In addition, AB 118 directs ARB to develop guidelines for the AQIP and Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program to ensure that both programs complement, and do not interfere with, California's existing air quality programs.

FORMAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS FOR THE AB 118 AIR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GUIDELINES

ARB has posted the formal regulatory documents for the AB 118 Air Quality Improvement Program Guidelines. These proposed guidelines establish the overall administrative requirements for the program through 2015 and apply to all funding years. This regulation was approved at ARB's April 2009 Board meeting in Diamond Bar.

FORMAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS FOR THE AB 118 AIR QUALITY GUIDELINES

ARB has posted the formal regulatory documents for the AB 118 Air Quality Guidelines. These proposed guidelines set standards that the ARB and the Energy Commission will use to initially evaluate potential projects for incentive funding under Air Quality Improvement Program and the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program and are designed to screen out those projects that would interfere with existing air quality programs. This regulation was approved at ARB's September 2008 Board meeting in Diamond Bar.
