The attached final report on the Air Resources Board's (ARB) Vehicle Surveillance Program, Series 14 completes a vehicle emissions testing effort of 332 in-use vehicles from California's South Coast Air Basin. The testing was conducted at the ARB's Haagen-Smit Laboratory in El Monte, California. This effort provides continued support primarily to California's vehicle emission factors program and also to its In-Use Compliance, Inspection/Maintenance (I/M) and other programs. Featured in the report are emissions measured by the Federal Test Procedure (FTP), Unified Driving Cycle (UC), diagnostic and repair data, simulated Smog Check II I/M test procedure, supplementary I/M tests, simulated driving cycles on dynamometers, and Enhanced Sealed Housing Evaporative Determination (SHED) tests.

Please note that the individual vehicle emissions and diagnostic and repair data are not in this copy of the report because of their voluminous size. The individual test data is available on CD with Microsoft ACCESS formatted files. Please contact Jerry Ho (jho@arb.ca.gov) for further details.
