The attached final report on the Air Resources Board's (ARB) Vehicle Surveillance Program, Series 14 completes
a vehicle emissions testing effort of 332 in-use vehicles from California's South Coast Air Basin. The testing
was conducted at the ARB's Haagen-Smit Laboratory in El Monte, California. This effort provides continued support
primarily to California's vehicle emission factors program and also to its In-Use Compliance, Inspection/Maintenance
(I/M) and other programs. Featured in the report are emissions measured by the Federal Test Procedure (FTP), Unified
Driving Cycle (UC), diagnostic and repair data, simulated Smog Check II I/M test procedure, supplementary I/M tests,
simulated driving cycles on dynamometers, and Enhanced Sealed Housing Evaporative Determination (SHED) tests. |
