2008 Carl Moyer Program Guideline Updates

The Carl Moyer Program Guidelines provide local air quality management and air pollution control districts with a framework for administering the Program and selecting grant applications. The ARB has revised the guidelines several times since they were first adopted in 1999. The proposed 2008 Carl Moyer Program Guidelines, adopted by the Board at a public meeting on March 27, 2008, are provided below:

CARL MOYER PROGRAM ADVISORY GROUP 
ARB staff held two Advisory Group meetings in advance of the March 2008 Board Meeting to consider the proposed guideline revisions: December 10, 2007 in Sacramento and January 9, 2008 in El Monte. ARB Board Member Sandra Berg led these two meetings.
THIRD PUBLIC WORKSHOP ON REVISIONS TO THE CARL MOYER PROGRAM GUIDELINES
ARB staff held a workshop on November 7, 2007 in Sacramento to share proposals and solicit input on revisions to the Carl Moyer Program Guidelines.
