The Carl Moyer Program Administration Work Group will review the administrative requirements for implementing the program.  Issues the group will evaluate include:  the process for awarding funds, minimum application and contract requirements, reporting requirements, project monitoring and auditing provisions, ramifications of non-compliance, as well as other administrative procedures.
