Carl Moyer Program Guideline Equipment Replacement (Fleet Modernization) Working Group

| The
Off-Road Equipment Replacement Working Group is no longer convening.
The working group assited ARB staff in
developing project criteria for this program which was adopted by the
Board in March 2008 as part of the 2008
Moyer Guideline Revisions. Fleet
modernization, also know as equipment replacement, involves scrapping
an old piece of equipment which still has remaining useful
life and replacing with a newer one. Please
contact your local air
district
to determine if an equipment replacement program is available in your
area. For general Carl Moyer Program off-road questions,
please

meeting was canceled. We have not received any additional comments from the last meeting and do not have any new material to present at the scheduled July 24 meeting, therefore the meeting has been canceled. |

The work group will hold a kickoff meeting / conference call on April 20, 2007.
