Previous 2011 Carl Moyer Program Guideline Versions

The Carl Moyer Program Guidelines undergo revisions periodically as a result of feedback received from our valuable stakeholders. The California Health and Safety Code section 44287 authorizes ARB to revise the Carl Moyer Program Guidelines when necessary to improve the ability of the program to achieve its goals.

This page is designed to track past versions of the Guidelines and timeframes by which the Guidelines were implemented. It is intended for Air Districts to use as a Reference Guide to help implement their own District run Carl Moyer Program.
