2002 OBD II Update Regulatory Documents

• Final Regulations

  The final, OAL-approved clean versions of the OBD II regulations, sections 1968.2 and 1968.5 of title 13, California Code of Regulations (CCR) adopted after the 4/25/02 Board Hearing. OAL approved the rulemaking and filed it with the Secretary of State on April 21, 2003, and the regulations became effective the same day.
