	10/24/2006: Public Workshop for Sand Car Manufacturers
	A Public Workshop for the off-highway recreational vehicle (OHRV) regulation took place on October 24, 2006 in El Monte. Comprising the workshop were two presentations: Presentation 1: An "overview" presentation of the regulatory history and an explanation of the duties performed by ARB's regulatory, certification, and enforcement sections (Powerpoint - 126 K or PDF - 100K). Presentation 2: A presentation focusing on the process by which sand car manufacturers can certify their vehicles for sale in California (Powerpoint - 180K or PDF - 146K).
