Off-Road Mobile Source Status Review

At recent public hearings regarding off-road, the Board requested that the staff prepare a status report on the available technology and manufacturer's progress towards producing engines and equipment which meets current and future ARB emission standards. Staff is scheduled to present a review to the Board in October 2002. The presentation will cover the small off-road engine, large spark-ignition engine, compression-ignition engine, and recreational marine engine programs.

February 2 and 3, 2000 Workshop

On February 2 and 3, 2000, the staff of the Off-Road Controls Section held the initial workshops for its upcoming report to the Board on off-road emission control technologies.
