	School Bus Fleet Average Calculator (8/12/08): The School Bus Fleet Average Calculator is an Excel file designed to assist school bus fleet owners to determine compliance strategies to meet the optional fleet average requirements or the best available control technology percent limits in the proposed regulation. The calculator allows fleets to experiment with different turnover, repower, and retrofit strategies to understand what the July 2008 version of the proposed in-use on-road diesel vehicle regulation would require.
