Large
Fleet Reporting
For larger fleets, you have the option to enter all of your vehicle
information into a spreadsheet which can be stored and edited on your
local computer. Please refer to the Truck
and Bus Regulation User
Guide for a description of how to use the spreadsheet and
upload your
data. After you complete the spreadsheet, you will need to login
to the Truck and Bus reporting system and will be able copy all of the
vehicle information from the spreadsheet into your online

The blank spreadsheet has column headings for the information required to be reported and has some basic validation to reduce the potential for errors or duplicate records. The information entered must be formatted consistently with the spreadsheet. For example, if there are dropdown menu choices, then the data must match the available selections. You may copy data from other files into the spreadsheet, but only if the data matches and doesn’t create conflicts. For example, you cannot have the same VIN for two vehicles. Keep in mind that most of the error checking is done when the information is uploaded into your online account.
When you have finished entering your vehicle information into the spreadsheet, you need to return to login to your online account to upload the data from the spreadsheet.
