In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation: Reduced Activity
| Off-road diesel fleets subject to the in-use off-road regulation may apply for credits for reducing their fleet activity from 2007. Only large fleets may apply for reduced activity credit, and the credits will only apply to the fleet's 2010 and 2011 requirements. Fleets must download and submit the application linked below (including the excel spreadsheet to enter vehicle hours if the fleet will be using vehicle hours to demonstrate reduced activity). | |||
