Label Vendors for Off-Road Diesel Vehicles

This web page provides contact information for label vendors who can supply Equipment Identification Numbers (EINs) that comply with the requirements of the In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle regulation (Off-Road regulation). The Off-Road regulation requires that all vehicles subject to the regulation be labeled with a unique EIN label. The ARB does not supply the EIN labels themselves. Note that beginning January 1, 2013, off-road vehicles must have two EIN labels; one on each side.

As a courtesy, ARB has assembled the following list of label vendors (graphics businesses) who have demonstrated that they can meet the label specifications defined in the regulation. However, it will be the fleet owner’s responsibility to ensure the labels that are attached to their vehicles meet the label specifications, which are described in this FAQ document.
